This is like having a personal business accountant for less than 50 cents a day! No more tedious logging and tracking or banking. This app handles all that for you and makes paying quarterly taxes a breeze.

This app is incredible. I love organizing everything and being able to see the numbers so clearly. I do wish you could label where the business income was coming from though other than pinning a receipt.

Automatically tracks mileage!

When I began my self employed business I new that quick books was a reliable source! I love the ease and immediate tracking of mileage. I also love being able to take a snap shot of a receipt and tying it to an entry. I dont have to sit down long to manage my business accounting!

I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and when on the add bank screen the app brings up a search field but returns no results - even for Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. If this core functionality is broken the app doesnt work for tracking my business.

Extremely straight forward and easy to use.

Full disclosure: I work for Intuit, but I only downloaded this app after reading multiple independent reviews. I have some side income and its so easy to track whats coming in and out. I also love the automatic mileage tracking. Tax time is going to be so much easier next year! I dont think this is the right product of you are 100% self employed but if you have side income and want to keep track of your deductions and mileage, this is a great, basic app.

I love the integration with TurboTax and your bank accounts. Easy to keep track of business expenses and plan for a schedule c. I would highly recommend this app.

Very intuitive to use and simply integrates with your bank account. It can improve on the automatic mileage feature-some trips are not captured.

This app is so convenient. Everyday I just log on and update track my expenses under personal or business. It takes care of everything else.

I have been using this app for a few weeks now and it performs well. The operation is a PLLC and we are using the software in conjunction with turbo tax. I really like the mileage reporting, simple to use.

Great for keeping track of my taxes. Definitely worth the subscription price because it gives me Turbo Tax Home and Business included in the price. Importing into turbo tax is simple. 4 stars because there is no invoicing or other client tools. Other than that its super sweet.

Im writing because yesterday it was the best thing since sliced bread and today the app wont even open!! What happened? Please fix it, I dont want to lose all my info that still needs to be inputted. Help!!!!

When I first started with this software (for a fee), I could link a bank account to this so I could track expenses. In a recent update, the dev team decided to limit the characters allowed for a password to my bank account. When I contacted them about this "bug", they told me to just change my bank account password to accommodate THEIR app. I DONT THINK SO!! Here was their final response: "This is a follow up email regarding your concern about the limit of characters that the system on app that allows you to enter. I have the update from our back end team, I do apologize but our request was not granted. However, they offer us another option, that if you cant connect your bank account because of this character limit and since you dont want to change your password, as you have mention that you have been using it ever since, the option that was given to us is to export transactions from your bank and import it to your QBSE account." I have researched some alternate options & am going to check out Expensify since it is free & I wont be paying for a service that no longer works.

Great app. The only thing I am noticing so far that bugs me is that in the mileage tracking section it doesnt seem possible to name/save frequently visited locations, which can save time when youre trying to classify your mileage. This is a feature that I have on another app, mileiq, that is something I would like to see in future updates of this app. Overall fantastic app though

Ive found the app very useful. The only thing that needs changing is the mileage tracking should give the ability to divide the trip. It doesnt allow you to manually end trips, everything is automatic. In my line of work I often go directly from a personal drive to a business trip, but if you arent stopped for at least 10 minutes the app wont end the current trip.

Before I was not keeping proper track of my expenses. As a young business owner, I really appreciate having my business financials available at my finger tips!

Simple interface, easy to use. Helps keep business and personal transactions seperate!

No invoicing feature. The mileage tracker doesnt work if you are in stop and go traffic. Doesnt save time doing bookkeeping. And worst of all my app has no way to delete the subscription so now Im working with their help desk to delete this subscription and its taking a few emails to communicate that I cant delete my subscription through the app or through iTunes.
